Home My WebLink About2002-020 Council ResolutionCITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 02-20 RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION OF OUTLOT F., CLEARWATER CREEK 3RD ADDITION WHEREAS, the City has received an application for the Minor Subdivision of property, and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on March 13, 2002, and WHEREAS, the City's zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations provide for and establish requirements for minor subdivisions, and WHEREAS, the proposed Minor Subdivision meets those requirements, provided the conditions of approval listed below are fulfilled, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves the Minor Subdivision of Outlot F., Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition, with the following conditions: 1. Gor-Em Builders shall submit to the City $1,000 in lieu of trail construction. 2. Gor-Em Builders shall deed over the two subject pieces to property owners of Lot 1, Block 3, and Lot 14, Block 3, Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition for the nominal sum of $1.00. 3. Gor-Em Builders shall submit a Certificate of Survey describing the Minor Subdivision. 4. The newly created parcels shall be combined with Lot 1, Block 3, and Lot 14, Block 3, Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition respectively.
