RESOLUTION NO. 02-24
RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
PROPOSED 2002-2006 5 -YEAR FINANCIAL PLAN
WHEREAS, Chapter VII, Section 7.05 (1) of the City Charter calls for the
preparation of a five-year financial plan and that a public hearing shall be held thereon,
and,
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared such five-year financial plan for the years
2002 —2006, including all elements as listed in the City Charter, and,
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the proposed five-year financial plan with
the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lino Lakes City Council
hereby sets a public hearing on the proposed 2002 - 2006 five-year financial plan at its
regular City Council meeting on Monday, May 13, 2002 at 6:30 p.m., or soon thereafter.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of April, 2002.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in

Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
