RESOLUTION NO. 02-30
RESOLUTION APPROVING MCDONALD'S
SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Site and Building Plan Review of the McDonald's was approved with
Resolution No. 01-168 by the City Council on October 22, 2001, and
WHEREAS, the City received revised plans on March 12, 2002, prepared by Ryan
Engineering, dated February 4, 2002 in accordance with the conditions of approval, and
WHEREAS, the City's zoning ordinance and conditions of Site and Building Plan
approval provide for the execution of a performance agreement to insure satisfactory
completion of the improvements,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Lino Lakes City Council approves the
Site Improvement Performance Agreement with McDonald's and authorizes the Mayor
and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City.
