RESOLUTION NO. 02-33
PREMISES PERMIT APPROVAL FOR APPLICATION
FOR LAWFUL GAMBLING AT 49 CLUB
DEAD BROKE SADDLE CLUB
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled
meeting of April 8, 2002, and;
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed lawful gambling at the 49 Club,
and;
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes had conducted an investigation of the 49 Club and
the Dead Broke Saddle Club, and;
WHEREAS, the 49 Club and Dead Broke Saddle Club is in compliance with City
Ordinance;
WHEREAS, the 49 Club and the Dead Broke Saddle Club appears to take into
consideration the best interest of the City of Lino Lakes, and;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino
Lakes hereby approves the Premises Permit Application for the 49 Club / Dead Broke
Saddle Club of Lino Lakes.
