RESOLUTION NO. 02-45a
RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE FROM THE
MINIMUM LOT SIZE FOR PROPERTY IN AN R -X, RURAL EXECUTIVE
ZONING DISTRICT AND
A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 901 OAK LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a Variance and Minor Subdivision
of property legally described to -wit:
Lot 28 and 29, Block 2, Lakeview Woodlands, Anoka County, Minnesota
and
WHEREAS, the City's zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations provide for and
establish requirements for Variances and Minor Subdivisions, and
WHEREAS, , the subject lot previously existed as two separate platted lots, and
WHEREAS, The Lino Lakes City Council makes the following findings of fact:
1. The property in question is comprised of two previously separate platted lots legally
described as Lot 28, Lakeview Woodlands and Lot 29, Lakeview Woodlands.
2. The proposed lot size of the minor subdivision is consistent with other lots within the
Lakeview Woodlands subdivision, as such, granting of the variance does not confer
upon the applicant a special privilege.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Lino Lakes City Council approves the
proposed Variance and Minor Subdivisions as described by the attached document
entitled "Certificate of Survey, Lots 28 & 29, Block 2, Lake View Woodlands" by Kurth
Surveying & Engineering, Inc., dated April 21, 2002.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of May, 2002.

Resolution No. 02-45a
Councilmember O'Donnell introduced Resolution No. 02-45a and moved its adoption.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Reinert, Dahl, Bergeson, Carlson and O'Donnell.
The following voted against same:
None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Deputy City Clerk of the City of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota, do hereby certify that the attached document is a true copy of Resolution No. 02-45a
with the original thereof on file in the City Clerk's office, and the same is a full, true and
complete copy insofar as the same relates to:
RESOLUTION NO. 02-45a, APPROVING MINOR SUBDIVISION AND VARIANCE
REQUEST, AND INCLUDING A CONDITION REQUIRING PAYMENT OF THE
PARK DEDICATION FEE.
