Councilmember Dahl introduced Resolution No. 02-47 and moved its adoption.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Reinert and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Reinert, Dahl, Bergeson, Carlson and O'Donnell.
The following voted against same:
None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

RESOLUTION NO. 02-47
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR WELL NO. 4
BOOSTER PUMP INSTALLATION.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for Well No. 4 Booster
Pump Installation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and is directed to
prepare the plans and specifications for the Well No. 4 Booster Pump Installation.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day off�May, 2002.
