RESOLUTION NO. 02-55
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PERMANENT EASEMENTS FOR STREET AND UTILITY
PURPOSES — LAKE/APOLLO IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, permanent easements for street and utility purposes were needed at the
southeast, southwest, and northwest corners of the Lake and Apollo Drive intersection
to facilitate the street and traffic control installations for the Lake Drive/ Apollo Drive
Improvement Project, and
WHEREAS, Systems Capital Real Property Corporation (McDonald's), Fast Break
Corner Market, LLC and Community National Bank, the respective property owners,
have provided the City with said easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. That such easements are hereby accepted by the City of Lino Lakes and the City
Clerk is authorized to execute the easements on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24tay of June, 2002.
