RESOLUTION NO. 02-68
APPROVING 3.2 BEER OFF -SALE LICENSE FOR
SUPERTARGET STORE, LINO LAKES VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled
meeting on June 24, 2002, and;
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed approval of a 3.2 beer off -sale
license for the SuperTarget Store in the Lino Lakes Village, which is scheduled to open
in July, 2002, and;
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an investigation of the Target
Corporation, and;
WHEREAS, the Target Corporation is in compliance with City Ordinance, and;
WHEREAS, the Target Corporation appears to take into consideration the best interest of
the City of Lino Lakes, and;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino
Lakes hereby approves the 3.2 beer off -sale license for the SuperTarget Store located in
the Lino Lakes Village,
