CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 02-81
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PEDDLERS LICENSE
WHEREAS, David Nathe, Riverside Farms and owner of the 49 Club has applied for a
peddler's license;
WHEREAS, Mr. Nathe has employeed Janelle Lee Hoban to sell his farm produce;
WHEREAS, Mr. Nathe and Janelle Lee Hoban have complied with all of the provisions
as required by Ordinance 01-89 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary
license for a profit business;
NOW, THEREFORE, by order of the Lino Lakes City Council, and virtue thereof,
Dave Nathe, Riverside Farms, is hereby authorized to sell farm produce from the
roadside corner of his establishment, the 49 Club, in the City of Lino Lakes for a period
of six (6) months beginning July 23rd, 2002 subject to all conditions and provisions of
said ordinance.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd of July, 2002.

BACKGROUND:
Dave Nathe, owner of Riverside Farms and the 49 Club has submitted an application and
requested authorization for Janelle Lee Hoban to sell homegrown produce from the
roadside corner of his establishment, the 49 Club. Ms. Hoban and Mr. Nathe have
complied with all of the provisions of Ordinance 01-89 of the Lino Lakes City Code for
obtaining the necessary license.
OPTIONS:
1. Approve Resolution No. 02-81
2. Deny Resolution No. 02-81
RECOMMENDATION:
Option No. 1
