CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 02-98
RESOLUTION CLOSING CIVIC COMPLEX CONSTRUCTION FUND
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes established a Civic Complex Construction Fund in
1997 for the purpose of undertaking the construction of the Lino Lakes Civic Complex;
and
WHEREAS, the Civic Complex project is complete and has been accepted; and
WHEREAS, no activity has taken place in the fund for the past year; and
WHEREAS, a residual balance remains in the fund.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
The City Finance Director is authorized to close the Lino Lakes Civic Complex
Construction Fund and transfer the residual balance to the Capital Improvement Projects
Fund.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of August, 2002.
