RESOLUTION NO. 02-102
RESOLUTION APPROVING CLEARWATER CREEK 5TH ADDITION
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, The City Council approved the preliminary plat of Clearwater Creek 3rd
Addition on March 22, 1999, and
WHEREAS, the Developer, Gor-Em, LLC is requesting approval to commence
construction of the final phase of such development to be known as Clearwater Creek 5th
Addition; and
WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the
execution of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes
to insure satisfactory completion of public improvements,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lino Lakes City Council approves
the Development Agreement with Gor-Em, LLC for Clearwater Creek 5th Addition and
authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th s ay of August, 2002.
