RESOLUTION NO. 02-114
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CLASSIFICATION OF TAX FORFEIT
PROPERTIES WITH NOTICE TO OBTAIN THE PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, the Anoka County Board of Commissioners has prepared a list describing
lands designated as Classification List Number 99 which describes land forfeited to the
State of Minnesota pursuant to Chapter 282 of the Minnesota Statutes, and has
determined that it is advisable to sell said land; and,
WHEREAS, Two properties within Lino Lakes listed as:
1. Outlot A, School Subdivision
2. Tract E, Reg. Land Survey No. 112
are included in the Classification List; and,
WHEREAS, the Anoka County Land Commissioner has requested the Lino Lakes City
Council approve classification of the parcels.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The classification of the parcels is hereby approved.
2. Staff is authorized and directed to notify the Anoka County Land Commissioner that
the City would like to obtain title to the properties for public purposes.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of September, 2002.
