RESOLUTION NO. 02 - 125
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM KIEGER ENTERPRISES
INCORPORATED FOR EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, emergency lighting and siren equipment are needed
equipment for public safety fleet,
WHEREAS, Kieger Enterprises Incorporated has made an offer to
donate their miscellaneous emergency lighting and siren
to the City of Lino Lakes, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Lino Lakes City Council
members, do hereby accept the donation of this equipment and
wishes to express its gratitude to Kieger Enterprises
Incorporated for the donation.

Accepting Emergency lighting equipment
as a Donation from Kieger Enterprises
Incorporated.

' BACKGROUND I
Kieger Enterprises Incorporated has graciously donated
emergency lighting and siren equipment for use by the Public
Safety Department.
The purpose of Resolution 02-125 is to accept and publicly
thank Kieger Enterprises for their generous donation.
LOPTIONS II
1. Adopt Resolution No. 02 - 125 accepting the donation.
2. Return the Resolution to staff for further information.
