RESOLUTION NO. 02-169
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
JADT ADDITION
WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and
WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City
ordinances, and
WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for JADT Addition was approved with Resolution No.
02-111 by the City Council on September 9, 2002, and
WHEREAS, the final plat for JADT Addition received by the City on November 19,
2002 complies with the City requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino
Lakes hereby approves the final plat for JADT Addition.

Final Plat Approval
The City Council approved the preliminary plat on September 9, 2002.
Developer has submitted a final plat for approval.
The plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat. The development agreement
was approved by the City Council on October 14, 2002. The executed
agreement and all required securities have been submitted.
Title information has been submitted to the City Attomey for his review.
comments will be available at the November 25 council meeting.
