RESOLUTION NO. 02-175
RESOLUTION APPROVING SPIRIT HILLS COMMERCIAL
SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Site and Building Plan Review for Spirit Hills Commercial Center was
approved with Resolution No. 02-88 by the City Council on November 25, 2002, and
WHEREAS, the City's zoning ordinance and conditions of Site and Building Plan
approval provide for the execution of a performance agreement to insure satisfactory
completion of the improvements,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Lino Lakes City Council approves the
Site Improvement Performance Agreement for the Spirit Hills Commercial Center and
authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9thy of December, 2002.
