CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 00- -
RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 9 (FINAL) AND CHANGE ORDER
NO. 1 FOR THE LAKES ADDITION STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the construction of the Lakes Addition Street Reconstruction
Project has been completed by Dresel Contracting, Inc., and;
WHEREAS, the one-year warranty period for this project will begin with the final
payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. Payment number 9 (final) in the amount of $91,212.46 is approved for a total
contract amount of $1,824,249.08.
2. Change Order No. 1 for $36,439.08 is approved.
Adopted by the City Council this 13th day of March, 2000.
