RESOLUTION NO. 00 - 40
RESOLUTION APPROVING SOLICITOR'S/PEDDLERS LICENSE
WHEREAS, James Louis Bard of Bard Flowers has complied with all of the
provisions of Ordinance No. 01-89 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the
necessary license for a profit business:
NOW, THEREFORE, by order of the Lino Lakes City Council, and virtue thereof, the
said business Bard Flowers is hereby authorized to solicit for their own organization for a
period of six -months (6) beginning April 1, 2000 and ending October 1, 2000 subject to
all conditions and provisions of said ordinance.
GIVEN UNDER MY HAND and the corporate seal of the City of Lino Lakes this 27
day of March 2000.
