CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 00- 113
RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 3 (FINAL) FOR THE 1999
SEALCOATING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the construction of the 1999 Sealcoating project has been
completed by Pearson Bros., Inc. and;
WHEREAS, the one-year warranty period for this project will begin with the final
payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
Payment number 3 (final) in the amount of $3,373.92 is approved for a
total contract amount of $67,478.45.
Adopted by the City Council this 13th day of November, 2000.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Council MemberDahl and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl
O'Donnell, Reinert
The following voted against same: none
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
