CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 00-115
RESOLUTION GRANTING EASEMENT TO THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL FOR
THE CENTERVILLE INTERCEPTOR IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, easements are needed to construct the Centerville Interceptor
improvements; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes and the Metropolitan Council agree to the terms
contained in the latter's letter dated October 25, 2000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Attorney is directed to proceed with the transaction proposed in the October
25, 2000 letter from the Metropolitan Council.
2. The funds from this transaction will be deposited in the City's Surface Water
Management Fund.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13thof November, 2000.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
Member O'Donnell and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favorthereof: Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, O'Donnell, Reinert
The following voted against same:
none
Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
