moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 00-118
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION OF ABATEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has levied an assessment for improvements
on Lot 4 Block 3, Clearwater Creek 3rd Addition, PIN 25-31-22-42-
0024 for payable 2000 taxes, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to abate the assessment since the assessment was
prepaid in full on November 18, 1999, Receipt # 1941, and
WHEREAS, the assessment should be removed from Anoka County
Assessment Fund Numbers.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino
Lakes the following:
That the City Clerk is directed to make application for
abatement to Anoka County for the above-mentioned
property and to delete the year 2000 assessments from the
following fund numbers:
83030 Area and Unit Charge $ 345.38
83031 Seal Coating $ 90.30
83032 Surface Water Management $ 78.15
$ 513.82
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that any remaining balances
for this property for the above mentioned fund numbers be removed.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th of November , 2000.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Council Member Carlson and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, O'Donnell, Reinert
The following voted against the same: none
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
