CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 00-126
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COOPERATIVE TRAIL GRANT
FROM THE DNR IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,000
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes submitted a Cooperative Trail Linkage Grant Application
on February 24, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources informed the City of Lino Lakes
that the Grant Application was approved by the Legislative Commission of Minnesota Resources
on August 3, 1999; and
WHEREAS, a resolution accepting the $30,000 grant award is required by the DNR: and
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes recognizes the matching requirement; and
WHEREAS, the fiscal agent for this grant is Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director, 600
Town Center Parkway, Lino Lakes, MN 55014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the
Council accepts the Cooperative Trail Linkage Grant award in the amount of $30,000 as partial
funding for the trails projects.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 18th day of December, 2000.

Dahl and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
