CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 00-72
RESOLUTION DENYING THE REQUEST FOR A REPORT ON PUBLIC
IMPROVMENTS TO SERVE WEST SHADOW LAKE DRIVE.
WHEREAS, a request has been received for a report on public improvements consisting
of sanitary sewer and water service to serve West Shadow Lake Drive, north of Birch
Street, and
WHEREAS, the City considers this request for improvements as premature,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The request to prepare a report on public improvements consisting of sanitary sewer
and water service to serve West Shadow Lake Drive, north of Birch Street, is
denied.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10thy of July, 2000.

Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
