RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF
CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENTS IN RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES SOUTH, 2ND
ADDITION
WHEREAS: the ower of Lot 7, Block 2 and Lot 8, Block 2,
Reshanau Lake Estates South, 2nd Addition is
desiring to build a home valued at $218,000 on
both lots, and
WHEREAS:
the City Engineer and the City Planner have
reviewed the request and find the request
acceptable,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
that a public hearing be set for Monday, February 13,
1989 at 7:45 P. M. to consider vacating the utility
easement on the north line of Lot 7 and the south line
of Lot 8, Block 2, Reshanau Lake Estates South, 2nd
Addition.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of
January, 1989.
