RESOLUTION NO. 03 - 89
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR WOODRIDGE
ESTATES
WHEREAS:
Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted
on March 28, 1988 a report has been prepared by
the City Engineer with reference to the improve-
ment of Woodridge Estates as indicated by the
plat dated December 8, 1988, and this report was
received on December 27, 1988.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA:
Mr. Stahlberg of TKDA is hereby designated as the engineer
for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the Council this 23rd day of January, 1989.
