CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR <br />RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES SOUTH, PHASE III (4TH AND 5TH ADDITION) <br />AS SUBMITTED BY G. M. DEVELOPMENT, INC. ON A PLAN DATED <br />SEPTEMBER 23, 1988 AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT PREPARED BY TOLTZ, KING, DUVALL, ANDERSON AND <br />ASSOCIATES DATED DECEMBER 20, 1988. <br />WHEREAS: a resolution of the City Council adopted the twenty <br />third day of January, 1989, fixed a date for a <br />Council hearing on the following described <br />improvement: <br />Reshanau Lake Estates South, Phase III (4th and <br />5th Additions). <br />WHEREAS: published and mailed notice of the hearing as <br />required by the Lino Lakes City Charter was given <br />and a hearing was held thereon on the 13th day of <br />February, 1989, at which all persons desiring to <br />be heard were given an opportunity to be heard <br />thereon, <br />AND WHEREAS: the petitioner for the improvement has <br />petitioned that fifty (50) of the sixty (60) <br />days waiting period required in Section 8.04, <br />Subd. 1 of Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City <br />Charter, be reduced to ten (10) days, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council resolution adopted the thirteenth day of <br />February, 1989. <br />2. Ronald Stahlberg of TKDA is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement.
