RESOLUTION NO. 05 - 89
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON
IMPROVEMENT OF RESHANAU LAKES ESTATES SOUTH, THIRD ADDITION
AS SUBMITTED BY G. M. DEVELOPMENT, INC. ON A PLAN DATED
SEPTEMBER 23, 1988 AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FEASIBILITY
REPORT PREPARED BY TKDA DATED DECEMBER 20, 1988
WHEREAS:
Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted
on November 14, 1988, a report has been prepared
by Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and Associates
with reference to the improvement of Reshanau
Lake Estates South, Third Addition, and this
report was received by the Council on December
27, 1988.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such
subdivision in accordance with the report and the
assessment of benefiting property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes
City Charter at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $671,917.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvement on the thirteenth day of February, 1989 in
the Council chambers of the city hall at 8:15 P.M. and
the City Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of
such hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the Council this twenty third day of January,
1989.
