RESOLUTION NO. 06 - 89
RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF
MINNESOTA, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY FOR THE PURPOSE OF
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY BREATH TEST INSTRUMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Lino Lakes enter into an
agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Public
Safety for the purpose of receiving from the State of
Minnesota, Department of Public Safety, preliminary breath
test instruments on a loan basis for use by law enforcement
officers to assist in the detection of motorists who may be
in violation of Minnesota Statutes Section 169.121, or local
ordinances in conformity therewith.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute such agreement.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of
February, 1989.
