RESOLUTION NO. 07 - 89
RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF EASEMENTS ON LOTS SEVEN AND
EIGHT, BLOCK TWO, RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES SOUTH, 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS: G. M. Development, Inc. developer of Reshanau
Lakes Estates South, 2nd Addition has requested
that a portion of the utility easements on Lot 7
and Lot 8, Block 2, be vacated as shown on the
attached map, and
WHEREAS: The easements as indicated on the map have been
reviewed by the City Engineer and the City Planner
and no adverse future problems were noted, and
WHEREAS: A public hearing was held on February 13, 1989 at
7:45 P.M. before the City Council in the City Hall
after due published and posted notice had been
given by the Clerk on January 31, 1989 and Februay
7, 1989 and all persons interested were given an
opportunity to be heard; and,
WHEREAS: It appears that it will be for the best interest
of the City to vacate such easements, and
WHEREAS: four fifths of all the members of the Council
concur in this resolution,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the portion of utility
easement shown on the attached map is hereby vacated.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th
day of February, 1989.
