RESOLUTION NO. 12 - 89
RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF
OF A PORTION OF THE EASEMENTS ON CERTAIN LOTS IN BLOCK 7 AND
BLOCK 10, LAKES ADDITION NO. 3., LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS: a revised grading and drainage plan has been
submitted to the City of Lino Lakes; and
WHEREAS: that plan does not require the standard ten (10)
foot easement for adequate drainage; and
WHEREAS: application for a reduction in setback requirements
has been submitted to the City permitting
construction within the present drainage easement
area,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
that a public hearing be set for Monday, March 27, 1989
at 7:45 P.M. to consider vacating a portion of the
easements on certain lots in Block 7 and Block 10, Lakes
Addition No. 3.
