RESOLUTION NO. 13 - 89
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT OF SUNRISE MEADOWS
WHEREAS: a resolution of the City Council adopted the 27th
day of June, 1988, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the
proposed improvement of Sunrise Meadows,
AND WHEREAS: ten days mailed notice and two week's published
notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held on
the 25th day of July, 1988, at which all persons desiring to
be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted the 27th day of June, 1988.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of
March, 1989.
