RESOLUTION NO. 14 - 89
RESOLUTION ABATING THE 1989 INSTALLMENT AND ALL FUTURE
INSTALLMENTS FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FUND NO. 948 ON PARCELS
DESCRIBED AS 28-31-22-12-0068 AND 28-31-22-12-0069
WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes has met and heard
and passed upon this abatement, and
WHEREAS, these two lots were sold to G. M. Development
Corporation and the sales price included all
special assessments,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the 1989 installment and all installments for the
future years for Special Assessment Fund No. 948 on
property described as PIN 28-31-22-12-0068 and PIN
28-31-22-12-0069, including penalties and interest, if
any, are hereby abated.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the
County Auditor of Anoka County for abatement.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of
March, 1989.
