RESOLUTION NO. 16 - 89
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT OF
SEWER SERVICE AREA NO. 5 AS OUTLINED IN THE LINO LAKES
COMPREHENSIVE SEWER PLAN UPDATE DATED FEBRUARY 8, 1989
WHEREAS: it is proposed to improve the area designated as
Sewer Service Area No. 5 as outlined in the Lino
Lakes Comprehensive Sewer Plan Update dated
February 8, 1989 by the installation of
sanitary sewer in a portion of this area and to
assess the benefited property for all or a portion
of the costs of the improvement, pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of
the Lino Lakes Home Rule Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement be referred to the City
Engineer, Ron Stahlberg for study and that he is instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising
the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be
made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as
recommended.
