RESOLUTION NO. 21-89
RESOLUTION APFROV ING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDER
BIDS FOR WOODRIDGE ESTATES AND ADJACENT AREAS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council
the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications
Woodridge Estates and Adjacent Areas and has prese
specifications to the Council for approval,

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shal I prepare and cause 1-o be inserted in the official
paper an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement
under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shal I
be publ fished for twenty one (21) days, shal I specify the work to be
done, shal I state that bids w i I I be opened and considered by the
Council al- 10:00 A.M. on May 5, 1989, in the Council Chambers of the
City Hal I, 1189 Main Street, and that no bids wil I be considered
unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash
deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the
City Clerk for 5 per cent of the amount of such bid.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of April, 1989.
