RESOLUTION NO. 23 - 89
RESOLUTION RE -APPORTIONING AREA WIDE ASSESSMENT CHARGES TO
SUNRISE MEADOWS SUBDIVISION FROM ULMER'S RICE LAKE ESTATES
THIRD ADDITION
WHEREAS: the subdivision formerly known as Ulmer's Rise Lake
Estates Third Addition has been replatted into the
Sunrise Meadows subdivision, and
WHEREAS: there are assessments for area wide charges on
Ulmer's Rice Lake Third Addition and the landowner
has submitted a letter dated March 3, 1989
requesting that these assessments be re -apportioned
to the replat known as Sunrise Meadows,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby authorizes
and directs the City Engineer to prepare a re-
apportioned assessment roll for Sunrise Meadows.
2. The Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby authorizes
and directs the City Clerk to record this re -apportioned
assessment at the Anoka County Court House as authorized
by Minnesota State Statutes 429.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th
day of April, 1989.
