RESOLUTION NO. 34 - 89
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEIT
PROPERTIES FROM THE STATE OF MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, Anoka County Land Commissioner, Gene Rafferty in
his letter date March 21, 1989 had indicated that
several parcels located in the City of Lino Lakes
has been forfeited to the State of Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, the City directed that these parcels be platted for
use as future City streets or parks and these
parcels are integral to the comprehensive City
street and park systems,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA:
that the following described parcels be purchased from
