RESOLUTION NO. 36 - 89
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON THE
IMPROVEMENT OF ROHAVIC OAKS, SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted on
May 22, 1989 with reference to the improvement of
Rohavic Oaks, Second Addition, and this report was
received by the Council on May 22, 1989,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of Rohavic
Oaks, Second Addition in accordance with the report and
the assessment of benefited property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino
Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $226,058.85.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvement on the 26th day of June, 1989 in the council
chambers of the city hall at 7:30 P.M. and the Clerk
shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing
and improvements as required by law.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of May,
1989.
