RESOLUTION NO. 44 - 89
RESOLUTION AGREEING TO CONDITIONS OF GRANT FOR 80TH STREET
BRIDGE
WHEREAS: the City of Lino Lakes has applied to the
Commissioner of Transportation for grant from the
Minnesota State Transportation Fund for the
construction of City Bridge No. L-8158 over
Hardwood Creek, and
WHEREAS: the application for the grant has been approved by
the Minnesota Department of Transportation, and
WHEREAS: the amount of the grant has been determined to be
$68,765.50 by reason of the lowest responsible bid,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
that the City of Lino Lakes does hereby affirm that
any cost of the bridge in excess of the grant will
be appropriated from the funds available to the
City of Lino Lakes, and that any grant monies
appropriated for the bridge but not required, based
on the final estimate, shall be returned to the
State Transportation Fund.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th
day of June, 1989.
