RESOLUTION NO. 51 - 89
RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF
CERTAIN EASEMENTS ON LOT 3, BLOCK 12, SUNSET OAKS
WHEREAS: David Rouch, 140 Marvy Street, Lino Lakes has
petitioned to request the City to vacate certain
drainage easements from his lot described above,
and shown on the attached map, and
WHEREAS: the request to vacate the easement as indicated on
the attached map has been reviewed by the City
Engineer and the Public Works Director and they
have completed a plan to reroute the easement,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
that a public hearing be set for Monday, September 11,
1989 at 8:00 P.M. to consider the request to vacate the
easements as shown on the attached map.
Adopted by the City Council this 14th day of August, 1989.
