CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION REQUESTING MnDOT PARTICIPATION IN THE PROPOSED
IMPROVEMENT OF SECOND AVENUE AND LAKE DRIVE
WHEREAS: the City of Lino Lakes has prepared plans and
specifications for the improvement of Second Avenue
from Lake Drive to Elm Street, and
WHEREAS: the plans and specifications provide for future
improvements to the south side of Lake Drive (T.H.
49), and
WHEREAS: the Department of Transportation annually allocates
funds for special projects, and
WHEREAS: said funds are administered through the Oakdale
Office by a cooperative agreement between the City
and MnDot,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Lino Lakes directs the City Administrator and City
Engineer to request financial participation in the
improvement of the intersection of Second Avenue and Lake
Drive.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of
November, 1989.
