RESOLUTION NO. 74-89
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CLOSE THE GENERAL
OBLIGATION BONDS OF 1982 FUND TO THE GENERAL OBLIGATION
IMPROVEMENT BONDS SERIES 1986A.
WHEREAS: The Improvement Bonds Series 1986A refinanced a
portion of the Improvement Bonds of 1982,
WHEREAS: The Improvement Bonds of 1982 have been completely
retired,
WHEREAS: Section 3.01 of resolution 49-86 awarding the sale
of the Improvement Bonds Series 1986A pledges all
remaining special assessment collections of the
Improvement Bonds of 1982 to the Improvement Bonds
Series 1986 A debt service fund.
WHEREAS: There exists a balance of $274,412.82 in the
Improvement Bonds of 1982,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
That the balance of $274,412.82 in the
Improvement Bonds of 1982 fund be transferred to
the Improvement Bonds Series 1986A fund and the
City Clerk be authorized to close the Improvement
Bonds of 1982 fund.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of
November, 1989.
