RESOLUTION NO. 11 - 90
RESOLUTION ABATING 1990 INSTALLMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS,
FUND NO. 1510 ON PARCEL 05-31-22-33-0003, 439 MAIN STREET
WHEREAS: an assessment was certified to the above described
property for the improvement of Main Street in
1989, and
WHEREAS: the property owner did prepay the entire assessment
on October 12, 1989, and
WHEREAS: the Anoka County Auditor's Office was not notified
of the prepayment, and
WHEREAS: the property owner has now received a property tax
statement with a 1990 assessment installment
included with the property taxes,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The 1990 installment for Special Assessment Fund No.
1510 on property described as 05-31-22-33-0003, 439 Main
Street, Lino Lakes, Minnesota in the amount of $267.31
is hereby abated.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
forward a certified copy of this resolution to the
County Auditor of Anoka County for abatement and he is
directed to prepare a "Corrected" 1990 property tax
statement for the above described property.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of April,
1990.
