Re: Development of approximately 37 acres East of Ware Road
and South of Birch St., formally known as the Soukup property.
Dear Mr. Schumacher,
I am hereby petitioning for improvements by the construction
of streets, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water mains and any
other municipal services necessary to complete the project.
I am also requesting at the same time that a feasibility study
be prepared so we can review it at the earliest possible
convenience.
The plans and specifications should not be ordered until the
report has been reviewed and approved by the city council and
myself.
It would be my intention to advertise and begin construction
as possible.
Sincerely
•J
