CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 29 - 90
RESOLUTION REQUESTING MN/DOT TO ENTER INTO A COOPERATIVE
CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT REFERENCING THE MAY 22, 1990 CONCEPT
PLAN AND THE PROPOSED COST SHARING FORMULA
WHEREAS:
The intersection of Trunk Highway #49 (Hodgson
Road) and CASH #23 (Lake Drive) is dangerous and
many accidents are recorded each month, and
WHEREAS: A development plan for the area around the
intersection has been completed and the new
development plan is based on the new intersection
concept,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA:
that the City of Lino Lakes request that Mn/DOT enter
into a cooperative construction agreement with the City
of Lino Lakes for the improvement of the Trunk Highway
#49 (Hodgson Road) and CASH #23 (Lake Drive)
intersection as outlined in the May 22, 1990 concept
plan and proposed cost sharing formula.
Adopted by the Council this 29th day of May, 1990.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Council Member _Ilea' and upon
voted being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Neal,
Kuether, Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen.
The following voted against same:
None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
