CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 30 - 90
RESOLUTION REQUESTING ANOKA COUNTY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE
IMPROVEMENT OF THE INTERSECTION AT TRUNK HIGHWAY 349 (HODGSON
ROAD) AND CASH #23 (LAKE DRIVE)
WHEREAS:
The intersection of Trunk Highway #49 (Hodgson
Road) and CASH #23 (Lake Drive) is dangerous and
many accidents are recorded each month, and
WHEREAS: A development plan for the area around the
intersection has been completed and the new
development plan is based on the new intersection
concept,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO
L LAKES, MINNESOTA:
that the City of Lino Lakes request Anoka County to
participate in the improvement of the intersection of
Trunk Highway #49 (Hodgson Road) and CASH #23 (Lake
Drive) with County funds requested for 1991 per County
cost sharing formula Exhibit "B" which is attached.
Adopted by the Council this 29th day of May, 1990.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Council Member Bohjanen and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kuether,
Neal, Bisel, Bohjanen, Reinert.
The following voted against same: none.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
