resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 31 - 90
RESOLUTION REQUESTING MN/DOT TO RECONVEY RIGHT-OF-
WAY/EASEMENTS WHICH MAY BECOME EXCESS AS A RESULT OF THIS
PROJECT
WHEREAS:
the City has determined that the improvement of
Trunk Highway #49 (Hodgson Road) and CASH #23 (Lake
Drive) will eliminate a dangerous intersection. and
WHEREAS: a development plan for the area around the
intersection has been completed and the new
development plan is based on the new intersection
concept, and
WHEREAS: there may be excess right-of-way/easements as a
result of the completion of the intersection
improvement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA:
that the City of Lino Lakes requests that MN/DOT
reconvey any excess right-of-way/easements which may
become excess as a result of this improvement.
Adopted by the Council this 29th day of May, 1990.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Council Member Reinert and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Reinert,
Bohjanen, Neal, Kuether, Bisel.
The following voted against same: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
