resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 41 - 90
RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF
EASEMENTS IN D. ERICKSON'S SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS:
WHEREAS:
D. Erickson's Second Addition is an approved
subdivision within the City of Lino Lakes; and
A surveying error lead to construction of a
dwelling too close to the property line between
Lots 12 and 13 of Block 3 of the additions; and
WHEREAS: A minor subdivision has been approved to add area
to Lot 12, correcting the setback.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA:
That a public hearing be set for Monday, August 27, 1990 at
7:30 P.M. to consider vacating unneeded easements on Lot 12
and Lot 13, Block 3 of D. Erickson's Second Addition.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of July,
1990.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Council Member Bohianen and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor:
Neal, Kuether, Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen.
The following voted against same: None
Whereas the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
