and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 44 - 90
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT - MINNESOTA CORRECTIONAL
FACILITY
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted July
9, 1990, a report has been prepared by TKDA with
reference to the improvement, and this report was
received by the Council on July 23, 1990,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted July 9, 1990.
2. Darrell Schneider of TKDA is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of July,
1990.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Council Member Reinert and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal,
Kuether, Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen.
The following voted against same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.
