CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NUMBER 47-90
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ACCOUNTANT TO TRANSFER FUNDS
FROM THE 1987 CONSTRUCTION FUND TO THE 1987 DEBT SERVICE
FUND.
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
as of December 31, 1989, there remained a cash
balance in the 1987 construction fund of $135,944
and,
the Improvement bonds of 1987 financed the 1987
construction projects and,
construction on the projects included in this fund,
Reshaunau Lake Estates South, Phase 1, and D.
Erickson's 2nd addition, Phase 1, has been
completed, except for final paving,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA:
That the cash balance in 1987 Construction Fund less
amounts for paving and aerial map charges be
transferred to the 1987 Debt Service Fund.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of July,
1990.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Council Member Bohjanen upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Neal,
Kuether, Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen.
The following voted against same: none.
Whereas the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
