resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 61 - 90
RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN EASEMENTS ON LOTS 12 AND 13,
BLOCK 3, D. ERICKSON'S SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS:
WHEREAS:
WHEREAS:
WHEREAS:
A survey error lead to construction of a dwelling
too close to the property line between Lots 12 and
13, Block 3, D. Erickson's Second Addition; and
A minor subdivision has been approved to add area
to Lot 12, correcting the setback, and
It appears that it will be for the best interest of
the City and the current owners of Lots 12 and 13,
Block 3, D. Erickson's Second Addition to vacate
the current easements, and
New easements are being dedicated to the City on
the revised lot lines between Lots 12 and 13, Block
3, D. Erickson's Second Addition, and
WHEREAS: four fifths of all the members of the Council
concur in this resolution,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the current easements as
shown on the attached map is hereby vacated.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th
day of August, 1990.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kuether, Bisel,
Reinert, Bohjanen.
The following voted against same: None, Council Member Neal was absent.
Whereas the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
