following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NUMBER 68-90
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE WEST
CENTRAL TRUNK CONSTRUCTION FUND TO THE DEDICATED PARK FUND
FOR TREE RESTITUTION AND LANDSCAPING FOR SUNRISE PARK.
WHEREAS, $12,561.04 needs to be transferred from the West
Central Trunk Construction fund to the Dedicated
Park fund to pay for restitution for tree removal in
Sunrise Park due to West Central Trunk construction
and,
WHEREAS, $6,000.00 needs to be transferred from the West
Central Trunk Construction fund to the Dedicated
Park fund to pay for landscaping necessary for the
Glenview Drive Area and the West Central Trunk Lift
Station.
NOW THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes,
Anoka County, Minnesota, hereby does approve the transfer of
$18,561.04 out of the West Central Trunk Construction Fund
into the Dedicated Park Fund.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Bohjanen and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kuether,
Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen.
The following voted against same: None, Council Member Neal was absent.
